Boeing Defense, Space & Security's (BDS) is currently seeking Entry Level Manufacturing Engineers to join the BDS Manufacturing Engineering Capability Team (Home Office) located in Hazelwood, MO and Huntsville, AL.
The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting the implementation of production systems and new technologies on a development level programs.
The Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer will integrate producibility and manufacturability knowledge, information and requirements into the acquire and define program phases as the designated Integrated Product Team (IPT) interface.
Conceptualizes, designs and manages the program architecture for build.
Defines, develops and implements the manufacturing plan and represents the program as the primary manufacturing integrator throughout the acquire, define, produce and support phases of the product life cycle.
Develops advanced manufacturing and engineering technologies and advocates, teaches and deploys company Lean Enterprise analysis methods and application of lean processes and tools.
Interfaces with regulatory agencies, professional associations, suppliers and internal and external customers to implement program initiatives.

Interfaces with IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.

Basic (Required)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
Academic experience in an engineering disciplineAcademic experience in manufacturing processes and principlesAcademic experience with LEAN principlesExperience using Microsoft Office productsPreferred (Desired)
Qualifications:
Experience with Root Cause Analysis, problem solving and improvement projects.
Experience with Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing.
Ability to collaborate with both the engineering workforce and mechanics on the factory floor.
Experience with Microsoft Access or SQL databases.

Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.
